Gallery Flyer
I was contacted to make a flyer for a gallery showcasing work from UCF printmaking students. I thought about the iconic pieces of equipment we use in screenprinting, such as the clamps, squeegee, screen, and tape. I honestly love how messy printing can be sometimes, so I showcased that love through the messy cat paws, covered in ink. Being in the studio typically makes me feel like a messy creature.

Though these were destined to be used digitally, there’s an amazing tangible quality to screenprints that I wanted to showcase in the flyer, so I went through the labor of love to bring it to life. They needed a banner version as well, so I was able to fit both variations on one screen to get everything done in a timely manner.
The closing reception has a slightly different color palette, which I used to invoke a sunset, representing the sunset of the gallery.
